I am guilty of saying “I’m an idiot” to myself all the time. I say it over silly things. Things like walking in a room and forgetting what I had gone in there for, or when I burn the toast.

I have many accomplishments that are worth celebrating -Don’t forget that the smaller accomplishments are worth celebrating too. If you have an issue with procrastination but have managed to complete a task or project, well before it was due, then that is a huge accomplishment for you. You managed to achieve something that you usually struggle with. Give yourself a pat on the back.
Affirmation card decks are a fun way to incorporate affirmations into your daily routine.
Each morning when you drink your tea or coffee, or before you brush your teeth, choose an affirmation card and that will be your affirmation of the day. Repeat the affirmation either in your mind, or out loud, throughout the day, as many times as you can remember.
You can create your own affirmation cards, using card or paper and make them as simple or as elaborate as you like. If you aren’t very creative, just writing the affirmation on one side of the card will do. You don’t need to decorate the cards but if you are particularly crafty, then you can decorate the cards exactly how you like.
